License fees are calculated on the number of Users on PAPAS and licences are available for 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 Users and increases with increments of 10 Users.
For the Payroll module this depends on the number of employees run on the system, licences are available for 30, 60, 100, 300 and more employees.
All modules are multi-company, the license fee does not increase with the number of different companies run on the system.
The license fees do not include training, conversion of data from other systems or installation. These costs depend on the User and are charged by our representatives in the respective jurisdiction, at reasonable rates.
Our license fees generally compare very favourably with competing products.
The latest supported version of Windows;
4 GB RAM on any workstation and 10GB free server hard drive space;
64 bit processor, minimum of Core i3 on workstations;
MS-SQL Express, or MS-SQL Enterprise where more than 10 Users are required to work simultaneously on the system; and
Where a server is used, a current supported version of Microsoft Windows server operating system.
